These terms govern your use of the Blackwall Labs website and, where applicable, our deployment and consulting services. If you're an active customer, your signed order form or master service agreement controls in the event of any conflict with this page.

Using this website

You may browse this site and use the contact form to reach us. You agree not to use it to transmit anything unlawful, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to scrape it at a rate that degrades service for other visitors.

Deployment engagements

Engagements are scoped under a separate order form or master service agreement. Where no separate agreement exists, use of any trial or evaluation work is governed by these terms and any trial-specific conditions we provide in writing.

• You're responsible for the policies and permission scopes you configure for agents running in your environment.
• You won't direct us to deploy an agent in a way that violates applicable law, including data protection and financial services regulation relevant to your industry.
• We're responsible for the deployment performing as described in your order form and for the security commitments described on our Security page.

Intellectual property

Blackwall Labs owns this website, our deployment framework, and all associated documentation. You own your own data, configurations, and the output your agents produce within your environment.

Fees and payment

Plan fees are billed as described on the Pricing page or your order form. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly agreed in writing.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Blackwall Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from a deployment or use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Termination

Either party may terminate a subscription per the notice terms in the applicable order form. We may suspend access immediately in the event of a material violation of these terms, including a security or legal risk to us or other customers.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Blackwall Labs is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless your order form specifies otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We'll update the date at the top of this page when these terms change materially, and notify active customers directly.
