What's usually asked at this point
Because we're not licensing you software. Every deployment runs inside your own infrastructure, so there's nothing of ours to pay a recurring license for. You pay for the diagnostic, the build, and — if you want it — ongoing management.
Scope, mainly: how many systems are involved, how many agents, and how much exception logic the workflow needs. A single two-system integration lands near the low end; a multi-agent workflow with compliance requirements lands higher. You get a firm number after the Diagnostic, not before.
Not necessarily. If you have an ops lead who can own the policy and review the audit trail, most customers run it themselves after deployment. Managed Operations makes sense mainly if nobody in-house has the bandwidth to own it.
Yes — that's how most engagements start, and there's no obligation to continue past it. If we don't think it's a fit, we'll say so.
