This policy explains what Blackwall Labs ("we," "us") collects on this website and during a deployment engagement, and how we use it. If you're an active customer, this policy applies alongside your service agreement, which controls where the two differ.

What we collect

From this website, we collect only what you give us directly:

• Contact and diagnostic form submissions — name, work email, company, and the details you share about your workflow.
• Security disclosure reports — anything you send to [email protected].

We do not run third-party advertising trackers or sell visitor data on this site. We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising purposes.

As part of a deployment, we may access the configuration, workflow, and usage data necessary to build and support the agents you deploy, and the audit log data the framework is designed to generate. Full detail is in your service agreement.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and schedule a diagnostic call.
• To build, secure, and support active customer deployments.
• To meet legal and contractual obligations, including responding to a lawful request from a regulator or court.

We do not use customer workflow data to train any AI model, ours or a third party's, and we do not share it across customers.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the infrastructure and sub-processors necessary to run the service (cloud hosting, email delivery), each bound by a data processing agreement, and only when required by law. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

Regardless of where you're located, you can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. We'll respond within 30 days.

Data retention

Contact form submissions are retained for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, or up to 24 months if no engagement follows. Customer platform data is retained per your data processing agreement and deleted within 30 days of contract termination unless a longer period is legally required.

Changes to this policy

If we make a material change, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, for active customers, notify you directly.
